Attentus Gains Preliminary Accreditation

Attentus has been set up to provide guardianship for students from China and Hong Kong.

The lead inspector reported:

“The Director is the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and has undertaken suitable training. They understand the importance of knowing who to report any concerns to, including the school DSL or the Local Safeguarding Partners (LSP). The Director is aware of the importance of safer recruitment checks, for example explaining that all chauffeurs will have had the required checks undertaken by the guardianship organisation themselves.”

Preliminary accreditation ensures all the essential requirements are in place to provide safe educational guardianship for international students.
