Connexus Academic Advisors Ltd Awarded Preliminary Accreditation

Based in London, Connexus Academic Advisors Ltd offers a consultancy service for overseas parents which includes guardianship. Students originate from Russia and Eastern Europe. Numbers of students are kept purposefully small to ensure that the Director knows them and their families well, enabling them to provide a high level of service that meets their clients’ expectations.

The lead inspector commented:

“Connexus clearly recognise the importance in supporting students’ wellbeing whilst they are studying in the UK. They have contacts in specialist areas, such as psychology who are able to assist those who require extra help, often in their first language. Staff training is valued, with regular training completed. The Director is also the Designated Safeguarding Lead and demonstrated a secure understanding of the responsibilities that this role brings. Likewise safer recruitment is understood and required procedures followed.”

Preliminary accreditation ensures that all the essential requirements are in place to provide safe educational guardianship for international students.
