Convoy Education Ltd Passes Preliminary Accreditation
Convoy Education‘s aim is to provide a safe, caring and supporting environment for students and their parents whilst working closely with partner schools and host families. The safety of students placed in Convoy Education’s care is central to all that the guardianship organisation does.
The lead inspector reported,
“The founding Director explained that parents and students are told that the service does not start when students arrive, it starts beforehand. On application, time is taken to understand the family circumstances and whether an education in the UK is the right thing for the student. Pre-arrival meetings ensure that parents and students have the information they need to help prepare them for life and study in the UK.
Communication with students, parents and school staff is maintained when students arrive. The founding Director recognises the importance of meeting school staff and visiting students while they are in school. Time is taken to settle students when they start boarding school and should there be a concern at any time, guardianship staff will work with school staff to ensure that the student receive the best possible care.”
Preliminary accreditation ensures all the essential requirements are in place to provide safe educational guardianship for international students.
