The lead inspector commented,

“Students are prepared for their life in the UK prior to arrival through video conferencing, where both students and their parents are expected to attend. The Directors cover a range of topics, including cultural differences (for example mealtimes and the taking of over the counter medication) and homesickness.

The Directors understand their safeguarding responsibilities. Both have undertaken Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) training. The Directors have also completed safer recruitment training and undertake the required checks on homestays, their family members, and their accommodation.”
