Our thoughts are with all the students and families affected by the coronavirus outbreak.
AEGIS accredited guardians are working hard to provide support and reassurance to students and families, both emotionally and practically. They are arranging extra homestays during half-term, and Easter if necessary, for those students unable to return home. Some guardianship organisations are also offering residential activity courses during the holidays due to the extra demand in accommodation. For a full list of our accredited guardianship organisations please visit: AEGIS Accredited Guardianship Organisations
Unfortunately guardians are unable to provide quarantine for students returning from affected areas. For further guidance please refer to the latest BSA update, written in conjunction with AEGIS & BAISIS: BSA-Novel-Coronavirus-Update-February-10-2020.
Schools and guardians are encouraged to work in close collaboration in order to provide the best possible support for their students.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries.
