The lead inspector reported,
“Frequent visits to the schools where students are placed help forge effective relationships so that students know they have someone to turn to should there be a need… Thoughtful acts, such as arranging to play games of squash with their students help build trusting relationships and enables the guardian to check on their student’s wellbeing. Similarly, by going the extra mile to attend school events such as sports fixtures and parents’ evenings, students feel valued and supported.”
