As an AEGIS member school, Felsted is proud to be part of a system that cares and protects for the young people in its care. It is a source of comfort knowing that our pupils are in safe hands when they are not within the school grounds, and that AEGIS-accredited guardians are required to adhere to stringent checks and follow detailed guidance.

Why recommend an AEGIS accredited guardianship
    organisation to overseas parents?

Most importantly, because they have all passed a full independent inspection of their care of students and their business practices. They all meet the very highest standards.

    There are other benefits too:

They will have a member of staff contactable 24 hours a day, ready to deal with any problems.

They will have appropriate care guidelines, including emergency procedures for the child, the overseas parents, the guardian, the homestays and the school, college or university.

They will arrange a homestay for the student during holidays, or term-time if necessary, which has been carefully vetted.
