About

Steph leads the Oxbridge Guardians (Gold Standard Accredited) team as their Director of Compliance and Safeguarding (DSL). She has a wealth of experience informed by knowledge of the sector and experience in both guardianship and international education.

Whilst she’s worked in a multitude of roles within the education sector, her areas of specialism are safeguarding, policy, compliance and host family management.

She is a trustee for AEGIS, a Director of Oxbridge Group Ltd and a Governor for Millbrook Infant School, and combines these roles to develop knowledge and skills to support furthering the best service for international students.
