Compass Guardianship UK passes Preliminary Re-accreditation

The lead inspector reported:

“The company take recruitment seriously and have robust systems for safer recruitment, when employing staff and homestay families. A single central record is held for safer recruitment checks. Many of these families have hosted for a number of years now and as such are experienced and well trained. The homestays renew their contract annually at the start of the academic year and repeat their safeguarding training at this point so remain current in their knowledge.

Compass Culture and Education Ltd staff show a good understanding of the AEGIS requirements and have made use of AEGIS templates to ensure their policies and procedures are secure. It was a pleasure to speak to them and to observe their careful and responsible support of the students, parents, schools and staff.”
