Jemma is Head of Student Wellbeing at Queen Ethelburga’s Collegiate, overseeing the Boarding and Pastoral Care for all students. She has worked in the independent boarding school sector for 15 years. During this time, she has worked in a variety of roles across both academic and boarding; with her passion being in the promotion and education of the importance of positive wellbeing for students.

As a Trustee for AEGIS and alongside her role at Queen Ethelburga’s, she is a keen advocate of the importance of quality pastoral care for all boarding students both in a school setting and beyond.
