Situated in the very centre of Oxford, Oxford International Study Centre has been welcoming students for nearly 15 years.
Offering a huge range of language, specialist, teacher training and exam preparation courses, students benefit greatly from our team of ‘*outstanding’ tutors. (*2020 ISI Report). We provide a range of flexible accommodation options from trusted host families to convenient student residences. There are various supervised extracurricular and activity programmes to choose from, covering Oxford itself and other cities of interest in the UK.
We offer excellent student support, with individual academic mentoring and regular meetings with the International Director. On top of this, we are committed to safeguarding, welfare and student well-being, and it is at the forefront of all aspects of life at the college. All senior management staff have attended in-person Child Safeguarding training and all teaching and administrative staff have completed additional Safeguarding training.
In response to the COVID situation, OISC has in place a thorough policy for ensuring hygiene and the optimum safety of staff and students. Fully stocked with PPE and with one-way systems in place, we are able to remain open and continue to deliver in-person tuition, which resumed in July.
Despite the ongoing disruptions, we continue to take bookings for both online and face-to-face tuition. All of our programmes are set to go ahead as planned in 2021 and we are currently offering winter discounts on many of our courses for December, January, and beyond.
